Breakfast at SUN UP CAFE at Sand Springs to Go is an excellent place for breakfast- golden waffle, fruit compote, eggs - delicious! Beautiful little spot for a great breakfast!
Food and service were good and prices were reasonable. I would have rated it higher, but the steak was too heavily seasoned for me.
This is our go to place when in town. The food is always excellent in this rustic setting. The waiters are friendly, attentive and helpful.

Sand springs never disappoint! Got seated right away, waitress was very friendly & professional, the restaurant was very clean as were the restrooms, service was fast and friendly
Second time here. Great tap selection for the craft beer fans like myself! They had Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA on tap! I ordered the fried pickles and chicken tenders. Both were delicious. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Frostburg, you got a pretty cool place here! Highly recommend!
